Big Rock Eye Care is a locally owned and operated optometry practice in Camden, TN. We opened our doors in October of 2020.
At our office, we provide many services such as routine vision exams, complex care and treatment for medical eye conditions, and prescriptions for glasses and/or contact lenses. We’re committed to providing comprehensive eye care to help you achieve optimal eye health and vision.

Dr. Lumpkin is the optometrist and founder for Big Rock Eye Care. He opened the practice in his hometown of Camden, TN in October 2020.
Prior to opening Big Rock Eye Care, Dr. Lumpkin spent the first 10 years of his career in and around Nashville, TN working in advanced ophthalmology practices that specialized in cataracts, corneal diseases, glaucoma care, diabetic eye care, refractive surgery, and various other areas of comprehensive medical eye care.
At Big Rock Eye Care, Dr. Lumpkin provides both routine vision care (annual vision exams, prescriptions for glasses, fitting and prescriptions for contact lenses, etc.) and comprehensive medical eye care (diagnosis and management of many eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eyes, infections, foreign body removal, and various other pathology which can impact vision and the health of the eye).

When not taking care of patients at Big Rock Eye Care, Dr. Lumpkin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, gardening, hunting, and working on the family farm.
